Car Paint Preparation

Car Spray Painting
Surface treatment: Thoroughly clean and polish the surface of the car to remove dirt, rust, old paint and uneven areas. Use sandpaper to polish until smooth and clean dust.
Masking protection: Use masking paper and tape to protect areas that do not need to be painted, such as windows, tires, lights, etc.
Preparation for spraying: Pour the prepared paint into the paint cup of the spray gun, and adjust the air pressure, spray shape and paint output of the spray gun.
Painting operation: Keep the spray gun perpendicular to the surface of the car body, about 15-25 cm away, move the spray gun at a constant speed, and use thin spraying in multiple layers, leaving appropriate drying time between each layer.
Drying and curing: Depending on the type of paint used and the environmental conditions, let the painted surface dry naturally or use heating equipment to accelerate drying and curing.
Inspection and finishing: After painting, check the paint surface for defects, sagging or uneven areas, and polish and finish if necessary. It should be noted that car painting is a professional job that requires certain skills and experience.
